Very potent, active, and highly effective, you only need a little to get immediate
results. Hyperpigmented areas can use a little more until you begin to see visible
improvements. Because of its anti-bacterial properties, Piel Lujosa™ Exfoliating
Elixir may create a slight tingling sensation on the skin at first as it kills
bacteria and begins the tissue regenerating and exfoliation process, so use sparingly
and with care. Do not overuse the product, as it may cause your skin to become flaky.
After cleansing and before moisturizing, use Piel Lujosa™ Exfoliating Elixir once
or twice a week to retexturize and rejuvenate your skin. Dab a few drops onto extremely
dry or congested areas of the face to minimize fine lines and to refine the surface of
the skin. For an intensive overnight exfoliation once a month, apply several drops to
clean skin and gently massage into slightly damp face and neck area. To minimize
sensitivity and heighten its efficacy, always follow it with Piel Hermosa™ Hydrating
Nectar, as the two work best as a pair. Once your skin begins to show the positive
effects of exfoliation, immediately decrease your use to half as frequently (or even less—just as needed)
so as not to upset or irritate your newly acquired balance. If irritation or flaking
occurs, discontinue use immediately. Not recommended for those with extremely
sensitive skin. Sunscreen recommended.
